3. Credit System

Stenaudio operates on a pre-paid credit system:

• Users must purchase credits in advance to use our transcription services.
• Each transcription job consumes credits based on the length and complexity of the audio file.
• Important: Reprocessing or regenerating a transcription will consume additional credits, similar to creating a new transcription.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credit balances and usage history can be viewed in your account dashboard.

4. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the audio files you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transcribe your audio files solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Service Limitations

Our transcription service has the following limitations:

Credit purchases are processed through our secure payment system:

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Once a transcription job has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled. Credits are consumed upon job submission and are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your account for future use according to our credit expiration policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Uploading content that contains hate speech or promotes violence
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our services
• Using automated systems to access our services without permission

12. Termination
